To give praise is very simple. On the one hand, the people who receive praise will be motivated to make achievements and maintain joyful for a certain time. On the other hand, for the giver, giving praise enables them to get a sense of achievement and to be proud of themselves to help others to build confidence.

Everyone who gets compliments feels content and I’m no exception. I once did poor in my physics and failed it many times. But my teacher encouraged me a lot for even the smallest improvement I had made. Thanks to my teacher, I didn’t give up my study.
