How to face the heavy stress

As we can learn from the short passage, students in Australia are learning to get through the stressful time by breathing deeply, positive self-talk and even professional help.

I’m a living example of a person with heavy stress. My parents urged me to achieve great success in the coming exam, and all my relatives think that I’m able to get into a famous college. But as a matter of fact, my marks is not so good. I don’t have a good command of math and it’s challenging for me to improve my math.

But I know good education will equip me for my future life, and belief alone is not going to achieve anything for me, it must be followed up with concrete action. So, I would like to work hard, with the purpose of improving my mark. At the some time, I can broden my horize by reading books, then I’ll be confident to face the exam, which could be called ‘killing two birds with one stone’.

Only if I do better, can I be confident to face the heavy stress.
