My life at school and home is colorful every month.

In January, we have a party for New Year. My classmates put up many shows. Mike and Tom sing the song <Brush Your Teeth>. Tina dances. Everyone says: “Well done!” Sam and Lee play a magic trick——A red flower changes into a blue one. It’s so magic and amazing.

Valentine's Day comes in February, we go to the flower shop. My father buys some red roses for my mother, she is so happy.

In March, we often say: “Happy Easter!” to each other. I hide and look for colorful eggs with my friends. It has lots of fun.

In April, we tell some lies and laughingly say: “April Fools’ Day!” Bobby runs to the classroom and says: “Miss Zhu will take an exam next class.” But Miss Zhu doesn’t take an exam. It’s just a joke. We all cheer.

In May, I help my father and mother clean our home and say: “Happy Labor Day!” We are tired but happy.

In June, we celebrate Children’s Day. My mother and father say: “Happy Children’s Day!” We go to the zoo and see many animals like peacocks, gharials, king cobras, Asian elephants and mongooses. I like gharials best. They have two small eyes, but their mouth are long and big. Do you like them?

In July, we go to the beach and cheer: “Summer vacation is coming!” But there is so much homework to do.

In August, we get together. We enjoy the moon, eat mooncakes and say: “Happy Moon Day!”

In September, I buy some flowers for my teachers and say: “Happy Teachers’ Day!”

In October, I buy some candies. We play “Trick and treat!” with friends. It is full of fun.

In November, everyone says: "Happy Thanksgiving!". We have turkeys for dinner. They’re so yummy!

In December, I buy a big Christmas tree. Father washes his beard. We put on red suits. Santa Claus gives me many gifts. We say: "Merry Christmas!"
