We always have a lot of fun at Chinese New Year.

First, we clean our house and dress up our rooms.

Next, we go shopping. Dad and Mum buy many presents for grandpa and grandma. They also buy many new clothes and books for me. I’m very happy!

Then, Chinese New Year Eve comes. We have a big dinner and watch the Spring Festival Gala. The TV show is wonderful.

Finally, it is Chinese New Year’s Day! We wake up early and eat dumplings for breakfast. We go to visit our friends. I get a lot of red packets. I love the red packets very much.

We all have a good time. I like Chinese New Year!
