As a student, it is important to have a healthy diet.

I often have noodles and an egg for breakfast. Sometimes I have some bread and milk. For lunch, I usually eat some vegetables, a little meat and much rice at school. I always eat some fruit after lunch. For dinner, I often eat some fish and some vegetables. I like eating fish very much, because it is yummy and good for our health. I like sweet food, too. But I only eat a little at a time. I eat an apple every day, because an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

I have a healthy diet, and it makes me healthy. What about your diet?
