How to be tall and strong

To be tall and strong is a dream for a lot of teenage boys. And to be thin and beautiful is a dream for a lot of girls. So the teenage boys are finding some medicine to help them become tall and strong. But no medicine can make them taller and stronger. And the girls only eat a little at a time. And that doesn’t help them keep healthy.

So how to be tall and strong ?

First we should eat three meals a day. We should have a lot of water every day. We can have a lot of rice bread noodles...They are important and we can also have some vegetables and fruit. Fish meat and milk are important too. But we should not have too much . The sweet food is nice, but too much is not good for our teeth. We can only eat a little at a time.

Then we should try to exercise every day. Don’t stay inside all day. We can run or go out for a walk on sunny days.

Finally sleeping is important too. Finish your homework early and do not watch too much TV. And you can go to bed early. Don’t stay up late.
