Everyone has their favourite food. In China, some people from Sichuan like to eat hot food, and some from Shanghai like to eat sweet food. I think Chinese food is very popular around  the world because it has different tastes and it’s usually very delicious. My favourite food is dumplings . Because it has many flavours and  it’s quite delicious! I often make some dumplings .

First , knead dough with flour and warm water .

Second prepare some vegetables and meat , wash them and cut into pieces then mix them together .

Third roll the dough into round pieces  and put the filling into them .

At last put the dumplings into the hot_water .

Now enjoy the dumplings .
